俳優、ドウェイン・ジョンソンに死亡説が浮上、なんと今回で3度目

俳優でプロレスラーのドウェイン・ジョンソン（リング名：ザ・ロック）さんが死んだとする情報が拡散され、その後本人がちゃんと生きていることが確認された。

「BBC」と書かれたリンクで拡散

今週の初め、映画『ワイルド・スピード』『ジュマンジ』シリーズなどに出演していた俳優のドウェイン・ジョンソンさんの死亡説が流れた。

きっかけとなったのはネットに現れた1つのリンク。そこには「BBC：試みられた危険なスタントに失敗し、ドウェイン・ジョンソンが47歳で死亡した」と書かれていたという。

そのリンクはBBCと記されていたが、実際は全く関係なく、またジョンソンさんが死亡した事実もなかった。

その後、このリンクはフェイクニュースのウェブサイトにユーザーを誘導するためのものだと明らかになる。

しかしユーザーが投稿をシェアし続けたため、フェイスブック上でも拡散は止まらず、死亡説が広がったそうだ。

2011年と2014年にも流れる

実は、ジョンソンさんの死亡説が流れるのは、これが初めてではない。

2011年と2014年にも死亡説が囁かれ、当時ジョンソンさんはフェイスブックで「私の死の噂は間違いだ」と投稿しなければならなかったという。

しかし最近では、ジョンソンさんは死亡説にも全く動じていないらしく、悪役のスーパーヒーローを描いた主演映画『ブラックアダム』の宣伝で、積極的にSNSを活用しているそうだ。
